Please go through your order and make sure you have chosen the correct size – have a look at the size charts in How to Buy.
Returns Policy: There is no return allowed for products on sale, on promotion or with discounted prices. All our items are duly checked before shipping. Although, you can change your order within 15 days and with no extra charges if you have received the wrong item or if you have received a manufacturer defective product. If you made a mistake in your order and want to change the size or prefer another product you will pay the postal return costs (sending and returning). Changes will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original package, with the original tags and without damages of any kind caused by misusage. If there is no similar product to be changed for, you will obtain a named voucher with the value of the purchase which will be valid for one year counting from the voucher issue date.
Delivery and shipping costs: Shipping is free for orders over 150EUR. Shipping to Spain is free over 99EUR. Deliveries will be made by the available services given by us, not being liable www.jungleshop.es for the unusual delays which may occur. We will inform you about the status of the order which can be looked up on your account. Www.jungleshop.es is not liable and will not assume any possible duty costs or taxes to be paid at arrival of an order.
Notice for U.S. customers: due to recent higher security measures by the US Customs, all orders shipped to this country are having delays that are taking up to 45 days for delivered. - Liability
