How to Buy in Jungleshop

This is similar to all online stores and web shops. When you choose a product you can add it to your cart by clicking on "Add to cart". Once you check out you will go through the payment gate which will guide you through the check out process.

SHIPPING

All our orders are sent via certified or registered mail with the Spanish postal service (click Correos.es for more information), and take aproximately 7 to 10 days within Europe and aproximately 10 to 14 days to rest of countries (In some occasions, shipping to the USA will take up to 30 days or more). Once you hace added the desired products to your cart you can calculate your shipping cost going to "My Cart". Shipping is free for orders over 150 euros (or equivalent in US Dollar).

HOW TO PAY

1. Paypal: the fastest and safest way to pay. You don't need to have an account to pay with Paypal. It's the same payment method used by Ebay as well as most of the online stores around the world. With Paypal you can either pay with your bank account or with any credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). More information at www.paypal.com

2. Wire Transfer (Available only in Spain): If you wish you can pay your order into our bank account. Details are given at checkout. To speed up the delivery please send us proof of payment to info@jungleshop.es. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 3 days.

3. Cash on Delivery (Available only in Spain). You will receive a notification from your post office when the order has arrived.

Once you have made your payment you will be redirected to our site where you can check your orders and print out an invoice if you need one. You will receive an email with the details of your order as well as the shipping information. As soon as it has been shipped you will receive an email with the postal service's tracking number.

We always try to give as much detail as possible. Although in some occasions sizes differ from one country to another. Therefore, you will find a size chart to help you know exactly what size you are buying. Rember we only pay shipping costs for returns if we have sent the wrong product or it is defeat.
